Ya it's a faceless franchise, but its' a restaurant so why not.
So after a hectic day at work yesterday I decided that a cheap pizza was in order. So decided to give Dominos a try, mainly because of how cheap it was (15$ for a large deluxe).
It wasn't' too bad, for the price that is. Decent amount of toppings, could have used more sauce and another ten minutes in the oven (which I did when I got home....why do pizza joints undercook their pies?), but it was what I expected. Still looking for something better for the same price range though..

Everyone is using that conveyor ovens these days instead of a proper pizza oven.
Therefor all pizzas are cooking for pretty much the same length of time. Smaller pizzas cook faster so when you get a large it tends to be undercooked.
No one is as bad as Greco for undercooked large pizza imho.

Or just pizza period. I've yet to find a great pizza on the island, but greco's IMO is the worst I've had here, and one of the worst I've had period. Maybe it was jsut the place that I had it at (the Souris location) but yuck.

Learned a good lesson tonight; when you place an order, make sure they get it right before you hang up. Nothing like finding out that you paid for a five topping pizza when you ordered a three with drinks.
Ah well, saves me ordering from them again.

I LOVE dominos...it is my all time favorite pizza joint! The best was when 2 of my room-mates at the time worked there, so we got a ton of free pizza. I am totally obsessed with the cheesy bread, so damn doughy and yummy **drools**

This used to be a great place for pizza, wherever I traveled. It was always onion, pineapple, green pepper. A few years ago, things at this chain went downhill, fast. 2 years ago for SuperBowl, the guys put in a HUGE order. Like the recent ads say, their crust was like cardboard and sauce tasted like ketchup. I never went back after many years as a customer.
The big game is just around the corner. The recent ads from Dominos tell us they have heard the complaints and changed. has anyone ordered from them lately? Have they fixed their problems?

They offer difference choices of crust now. If you don't specify you'll get the same old.. but they have thinner crusts which I find A LOT better. My favorite is the Brooklyn style pizza with "brooklyn" style pepperoni and provolone instead of mozzarella.. nice thin crust and tons of flavor from the pepp and cheese. Check out dominos.ca they have a really great website..

I tried their new pan crust pizza and loved it. I typically enjoy Domino's anyway but it's as they state, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a buttery flavour. They have a 2 ingredient medium pan crust pizza on for $11.99.

Just went to Dominos Pizza and WOW!!!! had there NEW buttery crust pan pizza and it was amazing. The crust was so buttery and crispy and the inside was so light and fluffy. I couldn't wait for pizza hut to open and what a disapointment. However Domino's came out with the pizza I thought I was getting from pizza hut. Domino's now has the best hand tossed pzza and the best pan pizza. Thankyou Domino's for providing the best of both worlds. The only down fall is they only come in medium, but they are so good you can just order more mediums lol.... If you tried the new pan pizza let me know if you like it or am I just Domino's crazy haha...
And Chocolate lava cakes for desert.......

It's VERY salty. The info is buried deep on their web site and most large slices with topping - one slice- contain up to 1000mg of salt. Isn't 2000 or 2500mg the daily max you should have? I stopped eating it.
