Looking for a plum crisp or cake recipe. I have so many to use up and would appreciate a tried a true recipe. Thanks.

It's not exactly what you're looking for but a good way to use up extra plums is to make plum butter in your slow cooker. I made a batch this year when plums were on sale and liked it so well I had to make a second batch. http://eatingsmallpotatoes.wordpress.co ... ow-cooker/
