I got a playbook a while ago and was wondering if anyone else here has one? There are a few things I can't figure out.

1) Sometimes when I copy music to my playbook, it loses the album and artist info, so the songs get bunched into an "unkown artist"folder. If it works correctly, then there is a separate folder for each artist and album, similar to itunes. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? when i view the folders on my playbook through my computer, everything looks good and they are in separate folders, but when i use the "music" app, almost everything is unknown.

2) Sometimes when I copy video files (usually avi) that play fine on my laptop, won't play the audio on my playbook. Any suggestions?
