Anyone here into parkour/free running? I find the poser aspect a serious downside to the idea but it certainly must be a good way to keep in shape.

Yeah, those websites didn't really help, but good old wikipedia did. I guess it's just like that ad for the cellphone with itunes or something. Looks pretty cool, but I can't imagine many people do it here.

No, I don't imagine many people here do it, but I think it'd make for a exciting way to get your exercise in!
