Almost there, we purchased a building lot on Spring Street North Rustico, the municipality has developped 5 new lots, and we were fortunate enough to purchase one.

I need to serve more time at work to get a little more pension money, I'm about 18 months away. Every summer we stay in North Rustico and can't wait to get back.

The fun then begins, we have looked at few contractors and feel the Blue Heron might be a good choice. So this summer we will meet with the contractor to chose colour schemes a styles for our now house.
All we need now is to meet new friends, maybe folks from Ottawa or not.

Good choice in location! My family moved to Rustico in 1993 and my parents still live there. Bill Ramsay Construction has built many of the nicer homes in the area and is highly recommended. Several of the homes opposite the boardwalk in North Rustico, as well as homes on the Glasgow Hills golf course are examples of his work.

Bro lives in Orleans. Love visiting Ottawa. Lots of good running trails and golf courses there.

Stick around, avoid the trolls and we will line up a game at one of my courses when you come to stay.

Do you think Bill Ramsay Construction has a website or email? Maybe we get a quote from him???

Thanks for the lead, looks pretty high end, We're looking at a modest 1250 sq ft raised bungalow, every dollar spent comes from our retirement fund.

Dale lives just outside of Rustico. Never had him build anything, but seems like a good guy and what I've seen looked good:

Contact Person: Dale Gallant
Telephone: (902) 963-2001
