Leave it to you !

As a matter of fact, I don't work there. I'm helping out a friend by filling in a few shifts while his regular staff is away ;)

seems to me if your going to promote a restaurant, you should be clear if theres a connection.

just sayin.

Just to add some content, I went to Wayne's last night. Here are a few thoughts:

Time was super quick, which is both a good thing and a bad thing. When you get your food that quick you know it's not fresh and it only took as long as it did for the deep fried stuff to cook, but with Chinese take out that's pretty much par for the course.

Obviously you have never been inside the kitchen of a chinese restaurant to see how it's done, you'd be suprised ;)

So I'm bias because I'm covering a few shifts there? Like I said in all my previous posts, and like you said to (10/10), the food is the best around!

Sorry folks. I didn't realize I had to share my whereabouts with everyone on the board ;)

The food was great years ago (Blossoms) when I was a kid stumbling in after the bars .. and it continues to be great. Thats my reasoning for the positive reviews dating back to July, 2009 :)

well its obvious that concept is lostr on you.

moving along, the food was excellent, and plenty of it to eat. never saw an order of ss chicken with 15 balls in it before.

too bad there wasnt a decent sit down area.

Had friends at work recomend it. I usually cook my own chinese, but cant seem to make a good Cantonese Chow Mein...and neither can Wayne's. Sorry folks, for those of you who like it. It was bland, the portion was small for the price and the meat was minimal and very small. Went back to International. kind of a crap shoot there for food....sometimes real good, other times not as good, but better then anywhere else i have tried for take out.

I've tried the Cantonese Chow Mein at a few places I've worked at over the years, it never was a favorite of mine. Veggies served over a pile of dry noodles is kind of bland, but, some people like it ..

Try the Lo Mein if your looking for a noodle dish with great flavor. It's a very similar dish where the noodles are cooked right in with the veggies. They'll even make it spicy or curried if you ask. Myself, I prefer the spicy, and it's now my favorite dish on the menu. That and the Szechuan Noddles =P~

has been my fave chinese in the past two years, always had AWESOME fresh, hot, tasty food except once the chowmein had a bit of burnt taste but still edible.
prob ate there about 10x in past two years. had it last nite and am sad to say i was very dissappointed :( . rice and egg rolls were still awesome, chicken balls (one full and one half order) were all very undercooked, ordered some moo goo and it was pathetic, in a dish like the one the balls came in so the liquid w ent everywhere, tub was not even half full and it was only broccoli and the chinese cabbage they use, only 2 pieces of chicken, a few carrots and no waterchestnuts :( .
it still had a great flavor )love the sauce).
themost dissappointing thing was the chow mein. i could smell something yucky and when i went to take a bite i gagged and COULD NOT EAT it, it was sooooo gross. had a very bitter taste to it, it was always a fave of mine and it took me a while and quite a few chinese restaurants to find chowmein that tasted good so it sucked that it was well, sucky but ihope since they have such a good track record with us, that it was a fluke. but i am very hesitant to try again as it was a 50 meal, more hten half thrown out :(
