Are there any original teachers there, say, from the 1980's, or are they all retired now???

Gerard Mullins????

I know he was still there, back in 2003, when my son finished. I had him for homeroom 25 years ago.

One of my favorites was Mr. (Agriculture) MacKenzie. (I was in his class in 1980-81...Graduated in 1981.)

Has anyone seen him around town lately? I used to see him but not in a long while now.

And what about Mr. Darby?

I still remember his penchant for explaining what the daily lunch special was actually made from.... took about 20 years before I could eat a hot dog again...  I remember he had a big salt and pepper shaker collection.

I really liked Ken "Folks I'll bet dollars to donuts" Gunn, I thought his teaching style was very effective.

I remember getting an exemption in math in grade 12, which was highly suspect to the rest of class since I had (on numerous occasions) fallen asleep in class, only to wake up with the teacher tip toeing around me and telling everyone to "ssshhhh".

We had a great grad class as we were the first 3 year students of the new school at the time. It truly felt like our high school compared to the two previous years where the students still had affiliations to the old schools.

I have a lot of fond memories of high school and I can't believe that next summer will be our 30th reunion!
