yes, i've eaten there quite a few times over the last couple of years, on Friday's when we're working in that area. their Chinese food is standard fare, i've had better and worse, i hear the best Chinese now is The Golden Wok, and apparently there is no MSG in their food. having said that, Royal Garden's Chinese is good too, i don't hesitate to get it when in that area, they also have very good lunch specials, including Chinese and things like bacon cheeseburger platter, fish and chips, etc. that also includes your drink and soup, for around $7, their hamburgers are actually Very good, fresh and cooked just right, only thing i could improve on is it's a fairly long wait for your food, and they're very busy at lunch time, packed on Friday's. all in all, i'd recommend them as long as your not in a big rush, or avoid between 12 - 1 if you are.

People in Cornwall seem to love the Royal Garden. I had it once and I really couldn't tell you the difference between them, China Garden, Golden Wok or the Canton.

I have ordered food twice from Royal Garden.
Below average at best.
Honestly the food is just not good. It's not "bad" it just has nothing to make it worth while.

I like the food there, I order the combination plates from time to time for take out. The only thing I really don't like, is that I'm pretty sure they water down their plum sauce. It's the runniest, blandest plum sauce I've ever tasted :?

they are inconsistent....i don't know if it's because of two different cooks or not. i've had good meals and bad, sometime other tastes off the chicken fried rice, hamburger pink inside.....other times it's great, so with a 50/50 chance of a good meal i usually just go somewhere else.
