Well, I gave the place a chance and it will be the only one.

The portions are comically small for the price.

Butter Chicken- A few pieces of chicken in what appeared to be a sauce made from tomato paste and cream. No seasoning and any spice that may have been used was barely detectable

Tibetan Pepper Chicken- Battered and fried chicken in a sauce. Not sure what was in the sauce other than one piece of red pepper and one piece of green pepper. No distinguishable flavours otherwise.

Lamb Saag- The best dish of the three. Good flavour but like the others very mild.

Naan bread is good.

Worst of all they seem to be using Uncle Ben's instant rice instead of a good quality basmati. To me that is inexcusable in an Indian restaurant.

I will stick to Churchill's when I need my Indian fix.

FYI...Churchills is an English pub with English curries, not Indian curries...

Went to this place for the first time today. The restaurant was very clean and had nice decor/tables. The food wasn't anything to write home about. Had a samosa, the sauces were good but the samosa seemed like it was pre-cooked and under a heating lamp most of the day not fresh out of a fryer. The rice was luke warm, not of high quality and the mains had some flavor but not blow your mind good or anything. The server said the hot would be unbearable and medium would be a good heat level but we found that medium had almost no heat at all.

Hi,

Himalayan Indian Cuisine offers a wide choice of the best Indian food produced using crisp fixings. Each thing is arranged crisp, giving careful consideration to the benefactor's decision of gentle, medium or hot flavor that holds clients returning for additional.
