I am baffled with the restaurant scene in Charlottetown, too much Chinese food, way too many crappy pizza places, pubs galore, but besides that, not much variety, a Caribbean place would be nice, but a Vietnamese restaurant would be awesome, they have such delicious food, salad rolls, good spring rolls, not the crap you get at the Chinese restaurants, and the amazing pho, and noodle combinations. Has there ever been one in town, or is that too far outside the boundaries here?

There are plenty of great Asian restaurants in town. Not Vietnamese specifically.

Is The Noodle House a Vietnamese menu?

try a vermicelli noodle bowl, its a bunch of vegies, and noodles and whatever meat you choose, also you gotta try the salad rolls and spring rolls. Vietnamese spring rolls aren't the vegetarian crap like in chinese food places they have meat in them and are delicious. salad rolls are great too, very fresh.
by the way, Vietnamese food isn't spicy, that would be more thai food...
hope you enjoy it,
