What big department stores, retail chains and big box stores does PEI have?

We don't have Costco or Target. We have the same big box stores and department stores as most other cities.

Fortunately, we don't have too many of big chain stores. Much better for the local economy and for the environment to support our many great local stores! =D>

Sometimes it is seen as better for the economy, then you have people like myself, who do most of their "big shopping" at Costco, etc, whenever we are off-Island because we don't feel that we have enough options here.

I'm not sure what people are buying off Island that you can't get here.
I have never had any issues with shopping for what I want.

I don't have a car big enough to justify paying bridge tolls and gas to go to Moncton or Halifax to save a few cents on things I can get here.

I don't go just for shopping, I only stop in if I happen to be there anyway (business, etc), and there are many many things you can get there that you can't get here, and some of them (not all) for a better price.
