The Globe's New Year's Eve event has become one of the hottest tickets in town during the course of the last two years with Bad Habits headlining.

This year, The Place Shakers are stepping into those big shoes. And based upon their first performance at the Christmas Miracles Blues Bash 4, they will be quite comfortable in those shoes.

Barber and his fantastic staff have put together a great package again this year ...

Ticket option #1: $39.99 (tax and gratuity extra)

This option includes a full three course meal (listed below), music and dancing featuring The Place Shakers from 9pm-after midnight and a dance party with DJ Whaleskin from 12:30am-3:00am!!!

To Start...

Walnut, Cranberry, and Goat Cheese Salad

Island Mussels in a Wild Mushroom, Double Smoked Bacon Cream Sauce

Main Course...

8oz Island Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Jus, Pan Seared Scallops with Honey Steamed Seasonal Vegetables and Sweet Potato Purée

Still a handful of tickets left. Don't lose out by waiting too long!

This has been a sell out event for the last two years.

By the way, this will be the last big event at The Globe as we know it.

The Globe will be closing for renovations until early April to convert it into venue more conducive to live music and a more mature audience (primarily jazz & blues).

The regular Saturday afternoon Blues Jam will be moving to The Factory in the interim.


(Also, I'm told that there are 4 tickets left for dinner this evening. Might be a nice surprise for your significant other :) )
