Anyone on here go to the UFIT classes? I go to the Queen Charlotte classes and they're awesome! If you're looking for something to take off the christmas pounds, try one of their classes. you'll be hooked, i know it.

I think the best descriptions probably on their website: http://www.ufit.ca Its basically a cross training type exercise class. Its so motivating and takes any negativity away from exercise. Its so great. Be sure to check out their forum to see what people that go think of the classes.

Those workouts are intense...I went to one in Stratford where MC was leading and it can whip you into shape pretty damn quick if you stay with it...I didn't as I was working out for two hours a day and doing thiis as well was too much but people love it and it's very popular...

Isn't it that workout with the annoying trainer and horrible dance music they do every year during the Relay for Life?

heh, it sure is! yes, the music is horrible 'artistically', but for working-out, that up beat stuff is the best. seriously, it's a fun way for fitness, to throw your regular workout for a loop. it's just fun to basically dance around, with a circuit in there...you don't even notice you're working out!

They should at least get a mix of dance music that is at least beat matched.

No way! :) Its half the fun not knowing how fast you're going to have to give it with each song.

I was always working out when UFIT was happening in Stratford and there was never a problem with music..They always blended tracks and was very upbeat and high tempo dance/techno, perfect music for doing what they were doing.....
