Post subject:  Running Problem

I will put this as simple as possible. I'v recently starting jogging and after a few km there is major irritation at the tops of my legs where they connect. Am i not dressed correctly, are my under garments to tight or to loose. Iv tried it both ways. Nothing seems to make the irritation go away. Is there a certain under garment that joggers use.

Where my legs connect is vague. is the pain below the knee or above?
if below the knee and it feels like your bones hurt - look up SHIN SPLINTS.

If above the knee I have no idea.

Above the knees below the belly button. Below my privates i guess. Im a male.

Sounds like chaffing on the inside of your upper thigh? Had that problem before when I started running. Best suggestion is clothing that wicks moisture away. The drier the area stays the better off you will be. Also if you're like I was, as I lost a bunch of weight the problem also went away.
