Hello folks. Just wondering if there are any model railroaders out there.
I have been enjoying this great hobby for several years. Was curious to see if there were others here.

Thanks

Next summer I'm starting a large scale "Backyard Railroad" that I'm building for my son. I'm still in the planning stages, but it's going to be aprox. 500' length of rail, steam engine (5hp gas engine powered) and one car.

Inspired by the "fairyland Train" I loved so much as a kid.

I used to do a bit in HO scale, but don't have the space for that anymore. I've been thinking of getting into N or Z scale but it's a bit pricey to get started with.
