Question for all of you salsa makers. I have Mrs. K's salsa recipe to try this weekend. The debate came up about peeling or not peeling the tomatoes. Mrs. K does not peel hers, but 2 other people have told me that I should peel them. Does it depend on the type of tomatoes you use?

What do you do?
