I hated this book with so much hate. But I read it to the end hoping it'd get better!!

My sister loved it and compared the writing style to that of Alistair McLeod (I believe that's the name). She thought the characters were very strong and the story was easy to get involved with.

I felt that the book explained TOO much of itself, instead of letting me realize how the character would react or feel in a situation I was told EVERYTHING. You know what I mean.
