I attended two unrelated gatherings in front of the Province House, today and yesterday. One was about cosmetic pesticides and the other one about access to abortion services. Steven Myers took spot in front of the camera and spoke on both events. He spoke and spoke and said nothing both times. I can respect an opinion regardless on which side of any issue you stand and whether I agree with it or not, but his weasely and empty talk sickened me. At which moment in history this purposeful misleading became an acceptable practice. I really don't get this. This person obviously stands for nothing - he does not have an opinion at all and yet he gets people to make an effort and vote for him. My only explanations are that this must be a joke and I am not on it or he trades votes for sexual favours.

He's a joke and I fail to see why or who would want to support him and will only hurt any party he's associated with.

What did he say today? It wasn't long ago that he said he wasn't familiar with the abortion issue on PEI, or something to that affect.

He said nothing of consequence. He seemed to think that biggest issue with pesticides is that they are causing allergies and he likened the access to the abortion to the access to addiction and mental health services.

Has he ever said anything of consequence?
