I've been looking around for a mobile phone plan with some data. While looking around the Wind site, I stumbled upon this:

http://www.windmobile.ca/plans-and-devi ... -bonus-2gb

I've been looking for small print, but I can't find any. I'm wondering what the catch is? In comparison, for $45, other plans offer 1GB data, 500mins and unlimited texting.

No seems ok, as per this thread from red flag deals. Lots more info there for you as well. Lots of negative talk concerning the quality of the service though. Also look into koodo, I'm quite happy with them.

Location: Queens County
That is only applicable to users in their core areas (Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver)

Pretty much everyone else in Canada is under their "away" partner network and will be charged 0.15/minute, 0.05/text and 0.05/mb of data.

Great deal if you never leave one of the above cities.
