Renoman, never thought I'd hear someone complain about the "pace" in St. Bruno! :lol:

BTW, I know of at least 2 properties quite local that fir your bill. One is a 3 bdrm, plus shed, plus barn, plus 84 acres, all for under $90K.

Take a look at the MLS site as listed above. You'll be amazed at how many properties fit your criteria.

It's not the pace in St.Bruno that bothers me , it's the commute to Montreal and the traffic involved just to cross the darn island to go visit people. Would you recommend a particular spot in PEI to live in with children 7 and 11 where I could have enough work for my renovation business. How far a drive is it from Charlottetown to either side of the island? Thanks again for your time and info!! :D I really do appreciate all of it.

Most larger scale, older home renos are done by tourists. These homes are situated everywhere. Contact a few of the realtors and see where the buyers are looking.
