It was announced last week(on Compass) that the Storm had plans to attract Charlottetown fans by offering a free bus service to and from the game. Has anyone heard any follow-up to that?

From what I understand, they are doing it...I wouldn't mind trying it out sometime actually!

That's what I had heard.
Shuttle leaves from Subway in Charlottetown.
That is just what I was told so no idea if it is fact or when the shuttle leaves if there is one.

I'm very interested in giving it a try for a night out and I really do enjoy the atmosphere at a real arena. I did sent a few email inquiries to the Storm's office but no reply.

They have been working on the Charlottetown demographic to get out to the games.
The whole team was doing the Levee circuit on Jan. 1.

When and where are you going to offer tickets and a bus ride for Charlottetowners?

Hi Foxrun, sorry about the delay. There is a bus that leaves every Friday from the Rodd Royalty. They are holding a tailgate party before the his arrives starting at 5.

The number for the Rodd is 894-8566. Hope you enjoy the game!

Quite frankly one of the best promotional things to come out of PEI with regards to sports , entertainment thing, just like in big cities. I bought two tickets at the Rodd, showed up at 5:15 pm , ate chicken fingers, nice guy from the Rodd gave me a 2 fer 1 ticket for a future brunch... Etc .. Driver apologized for a different bus on the way home,,,? I am the most skeptical person here. I'll go back and buy tickets,, ( other half looks at BBal Jersey for her kid at $50 bucks,, impressed all around). Geez PEI rocket could learn a thing... Marketing,,, the entire FULL bus was impressed. The driver offered to have my lady friends mittens dropped off in Stratford...
