I don't think anyone is over reacting, just pointing out the title is in poor taste. Especially because it was obviously created before any knowledge of the impact the fire might of had. the service here is among the best we've ever had. friendly, very personable service, she had a smile on her face and a laugh all the time. saw her doing something ive never seen in a restaurant, she brought out a pizza, and served the first two peices from the plate to them. over heard another table raving among themselves about the food.

the food:

the best crecsent( sp??) rolls ever. we ordered mussels to start, and brushetta. loved the white wine they were cooked in. nice , full mussels brushetta was excellent. main course was lasgana, and Cannelloni. these were unbeleiveable. my only critisim, would be the ceaser salad, imo needed something..... cant put my finger on it.nothing wrong with it, but lacked something... perhaps more dressing.. im a big lover of that. the cannelloni , was excellent, sauce the same. lots of flavour.

desert was an apple cobbler....

no cannolli's on the menu yet... ":evil:"

Anyone who is owed money rightfully or wrongly has the option to file a lien.

Would be interesting if media will carry the rest of the story when becomes public.

Maybe this contractor didn't live up to his contract. This could be another case like the Byblos Restaurant contractor. The rest of the story in that case shone a bright light onto just who the problem was with.

I am 61 ... in my day, basic government structure was taught in Grade 7 with a more in-depth class in Grade 9 where we learned not only about how our own government works but also those of major countries around the world. But that was in New Brunswick

My Grade 6 reference comes from knowing that each of my 3 kids studied Civics in Grade 6 here on PEI (late 80's through mid 90's is when they were in Grade 6). I remember the textbook well because of the write-up about my grandfather.

My Grade 6 reference comes from knowing that each of my 3 kids studied Civics in Grade 6 here on PEI (late 80's through mid 90's is when they were in Grade 6). I remember the textbook well because of the write-up about my grandfather.

I am in a sub basement which is damp during the summer and I have paid rent increases 5 times in the last 4 years. We have new tenants in the building that love to party and the landlord does nothing about it.

I am a quiet individual with a small shizhu but have a mobility issue; hence the need for a ground floor apartment. It would be wonderful if it was in the $650 range with a washer/dryer in the apartment.

I am going this route as I have not found what I am looking for. The apartment is not needed right away, in fact, I would prefer not to move until early/mid summer.

Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated; if you are a landlord, I would like to speak with you.

I also remember a man who worked in the woods getting $5,000 after he placed his sandal toes under a pallet of water melon as it was being lowered by a clerk. Melons were on sale at a really cheap price and he was the first of a group of people in the mad dash to secure one or more for them selves. Both out of court settlements.

Most average sized homes with oil heat generally only have a 100amp service(if the house is old enough it could be 60amp), most homes will need a 200amp service if switching over to electrical heat. You might be lucky and have a 200 amp service, go down and look at the main breaker in your panel, it probably will be either 100 or 200amp. Also chances are your boiler is providing your domestic hot water so you will need to install an electric hot water heater.

As an aside, I know someone with FM, CFS, migraines, TMJ and a whole bunch of other letters. Quite sickly and on morphine most of her life. Then she started Iyengar yoga and now apparently she is feeling much better and is off the morphine. She now believes people who take medication for pain are weak.
